DAY 1 – May 31 2025 

ATHENS – ANAFIOTIKA

After a long travel day we will arrive in Athens and be greeted by a driver to take us to our Hotel. After an hour or so to get unpacked and settle into our new accomodations, we will (depending on our arrival time) start our Greek Adventure with a leisurely stroll through Anafiotika (a beautiful neighborhood at the base of Acropolis Hill) taking in the breathtaking views and soaking up the rich history that seeps from every corner. You’ll feel as if you’ve stepped into a postcard, with each turn revealing a new photo-worthy spot. After working up an appetite, we’ll head to a charming local taverna for a delightful lunch, where you can savor traditional Greek dishes bursting with flavor. Imagine dining al fresco, surrounded by the warmth of the Greek sun and the buzz of friendly conversation.

After lunch, we’ll have some free time to explore. Whether we choose to browse local shops, capture stunning photographs, or simply relax and take in the atmosphere. The choice is ours, and every option promises a memorable experience.

As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather for a cozy dinner at another handpicked spot, where we can reflect on the day’s adventures and share our favorite moments. The return walk to our hotel will be peaceful, with the twinkling lights of Athens guiding us back. Let’s remember to bring wine with us back to the hotel , to sit and share on the rooftop with an amazing view of the Acropolis Hill.

DAY 2 – June 1, 2025   (B)

ATHENS – THE ACROPOLIS – PLAKA 

We’ll begin our day with a hearty breakfast at Hotel Amalia, getting ourselves fueled up for the exciting adventures ahead. After our early breakfast, we’ll set off on foot towards the entrance of Acropolis Hill. The city’s vibrant energy will guide us as we walk through its charming streets. Once there, we’ll meet our guide and embark on a two-hour tour exploring the awe-inspiring ruins, each step uncovering the rich history of this ancient marvel.

Once we’ve soaked in the history, we’ll head to Dimotiki Agora, Athens’ central market. Picture colorful stalls brimming with fresh produce, aromatic spices, and local delicacies. It’s an explosion of sights, sounds, and scents—a true feast for the senses! Sounds like a good place to find a fun cafe for lunch!

After lunch, we head to Syntagma Square, where we’ll have the chance to witness the impressive changing of the guards ceremony, which happens every hour on the hour. It’s a captivating display of tradition and precision that you won’t want to miss. After taking in the spectacle at Syntagma Square, we’ll make our way back to Hotel Amalia (right across the street). Here, you can choose to relax and recharge or change your clothes for the evening, and of course continue exploring.

As the day winds down and the evening begins, we’ll take a leisurely walk to Plaka, the enchanting “Neighborhood of the Gods.” This area is nestled right at the foot of the Acropolis and boasts narrow, winding streets and charming, picturesque houses. An absolute favorite of visitors to Athens. We’ll end our day with a delightful dinner in Plaka, savoring delicious local cuisine while soaking in the magical ambiance of this historic neighborhood. It’s the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable day of exploration.

DAY 3 – June 2, 2025   (B,D)

ATHENS to CORFU

We’ll start our day with a delicious breakfast at the cozy Hotel Amalia. Savory pastries, fresh fruits, and Greek yogurt await us—perfect fuel for the day ahead! After breakfast, we’ll be whisked away on our way to Corfu, where our adventure continues.

Once we arrive on the island, we will be taken straight to our luxurious Villa Ivaylo. Our private oasis is nestled amidst scenic views and promises ultimate relaxation. Take your time settling into the villa. Unpack, explore the beautiful rooms, and maybe take a quick dip in the pool to shake off any travel fatigue.

As the sun begins to set, let’s turn up the fun with an evening pool party! Imagine twinkling fairy lights, upbeat music, and refreshing drinks by the poolside or hot tub. Kick back on a lounger, take a swim, or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. This is what paradise feels like!

DAY 4 – June 3, 2025

OLD TOWN of CORFU

Today is all about diving deep into the charm and beauty of Old Town of Corfu! Get ready for an adventure-packed day exploring this stunning island.

Some of our Options:

Spianada Square Walk through Spianada Square, the largest square in Greece, taking in the lush gardens and beautiful Venetian architecture. Snap some group photos by the famous Maitland Monument.

Explore the Old Fortress  Tour of the Old Fortress. Marvel at the panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, wander through ancient tunnels, and delve into the rich history of this impressive structure.

Liston Promenade Enjoy freshly baked pastries, fruit, and strong Greek coffee at one of the charming cafes along the Liston Promenade.

St. Spyridon Church Step inside the iconic St. Spyridon Church, known for its beautiful frescoes and the relics of the island’s patron saint. A peaceful moment of reflection before continuing our adventure.

Lunch at a Traditional Taverna Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local taverna, savoring Corfiot specialties like sofrito, pastitsada, and fresh seafood. Don’t forget to try the local kumquat liqueur!

Old Town Corfu Spend some time exploring the narrow, cobbled streets of Old Town Corfu (a sctions of Corfu Town). Browse through quaint shops selling handmade jewelry, ceramics, and traditional products. The atmosphere is lively and full of character.

Faliraki Beach: Unwind at Faliraki Beach, just a short walk from Old Town. Dip your toes in the crystal-clear waters, lounge on the beach, and let the sea breeze rejuvenate you.

Dinner at a Seaside Restaurant  End our day with a delicious dinner at a seaside restaurant. Share stories of the day’s adventures over a meal that captures the essence of Corfu’s culinary traditions.

Old Town Corfu  Take a final stroll through the beautifully lit streets of Old Town. Relish the night-time charm and perhaps indulge in a late-night gelato before saying goodbye to an unforgettable day.

DAY 5 – June 4, 2025

DAY OF LEISURE

Today is a day to relax and enjoy our beautiful villa. We can visit a nearby beach and small cantinas.    We will have sunrise and sunset photoshoot opportunities at the Villa.

DAY 6 – June 5, 2025

SEA BASED GROUP EXCURSION (tbd)

This excursion will likely be a water excursion.  We are waiting to confirm Villa reservations for closest port information.

DAY 7 – June 6, 2025 

OLIVE OIL TOUR

We will be picked up at our Villa and make the trip to the heart of Olive Oil country with a visit to a mill producing award winning olive oil. The mill is located in a protected Natura 2000 region which boasts not only centuries old olive trees but also the remains of a Medieval castle, Castle Gardiki dating from the 13th century. The Dafnis family, who own the Governor oil mill, will welcome us to their world and take us back in time for the ultimate Olive oil immersion experience! We will hear about the history of Olive oil production and the Dafnis family, as well as learning about the facts and myths surrounding olive oil. Taste olive oil with one of the highest levels of phenolic compounds (antioxidants and free radical scavengers) in the world. The tour starts with a personally guided walk through the olive groves in the grounds of Gardiki castle. The authentic island atmosphere is unmistakable; we will meet our resident olive oil expert and hear about the world’s oldest variety of olive, and experience their “taste like a pro” program and learn how olive oil is produced. We will find out how to recognize high quality olive oil and tell the difference between top quality and non-extra virgin oil. They will also tell us about the amazing therapeutic and health benefits of this “Natural Healer”. During our time at the mill, you will sample olive oil with bread, tomatoes, feta cheese and homemade crackers as well as enjoying a glass of wine.

DAY 8 – June 7,  2025 

BACK TO ATHENS

Today we will take a morning flight back to Athens and Hotel Amalia. We will have the afternoon and evening to see some things that maybe we wanted to spend more time experiencing when we explored Plaka or Anafiotika., or maybe we decided to expore one of seemingly infinate options of Athens.

YOUR BOOKING ISN’T FINAL UNTIL YOU SIGN & RETURN IT

 By paying your first payment you are agreeing to the trip. There are NO refunds if you cancel unless you are able to find a replacement. We will assist with that. The group as a whole is depending on each individual traveler to make the trip affordable.  If a replacement is found you will be refunded 100% of what you have paid to date minus the $500 deposit.  You can however transfer all payments to a future trip (within 12mths) including the non-refundable deposit if someone takes your place on this trip.

Travel Insurance is not mandatory, but we strongly encourage it! You will be asked to sign a waiver declining the insurance if you choose not to purchase it.
We will give options or you can purchase insurance independently. Plan for $250-$450 expense.

Please do not commit to this trip if it is based on THIS exact itinerary.   We are working hard to secure it now, but it won’t be confirmed until our deposit is made.

We’ve gotten very comfortable with each other quickly- language and banter can run high on these. If you are looking for super luxury service and a G rated environment this may not be the trip for you. While we  will always remain professional (mostly-we like to party too)  we want the GO Babes to feel free to express themselves in a judgement free zone
