Frequently asked questions
Q: Can I schedule my session before it is paid in full?
A: YES – You schedule now and installments will begin today. But you will not receive your images until the plan is paid full.
Q: What if I schedule my session now and I need to change the date later?
A: Don’t worry, we understand that it is sometimes difficult to schedule out. As long as you give us 14 days notice you can reschedule for any available time slot.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We DO NOT offer refunds. We will allow you to re-schedule but there are no refunds.
Q: Can I pay of my installment plan early?
A: At any point you can make an addition partial payment, or pay the plan off in full.
